Spruced Plume does not under any circumstance exchange products. Each piece is unique and should be based on photographs and descriptions. If for any reason the product is damaged upon arrival the product may be sent back for a full refund.

RETURNS

If any Spruced Plume product arrives damaged, breaks, or becomes non-functional during the first 6 months of use you may send the product back for a full refund. If a product becomes non-functional after a 6-month period please contact Spruced Plume to have the product fixed. Purchaser must pay to ship the product back and Spruced Plume will pay to return the product upon fixing it.
